When the application is called out for hearing, Mr. Agarkar, learned APP informs this Court that bail application of co-accused No.3 i.e. Criminal Bail Application No.1683 of 2024 is listed for consideration on 11.10.2024 in the supplementary list. He submits that this application may also be taken up along with the said application of the co-accused person.

Mr. Sharma, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he has recently received a copy of the CDR Report and in the meanwhile, the said report can also be placed on record.

Liberty to the applicant to place on record copy of the said CDR Report before the next date of listing.
