Ms. Pooja Agarwal, learned Advocate for the Applicant states that the Applicant is in jail for a period of 4 years and 6 months from the date of arrest. She submits that till date, charge is not framed in Sessions Case No.825 of 2021 pending before the Court of the Additional Sessions Judge, Pune. She submits that out of 78 dates of hearing, the Applicant has been produced before the Court on just one day.
