The learned counsel for the applicant submits that since the bail application of a co-accused person was decided by this Court, the Court assigned with hearing of the bail applications directed the learned counsel to mention this bail application for listing before this Court.

But, in the light of a recent order dated 07.02.2025 passed by the Supreme Court in Writ Petition (Criminal) No.55 of 2025 (Shekhar Prasad Mahto @ S. Kushwaha vs. The Registrar General, Jharkhand High Court and another), whereby clarification has been issued that bail applications of co-accused persons shall be placed before the Court assigned to hear the bail applications, this bail application would have to be listed before the assigned Court. 4.

Hence, removed from the board.
