Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the State.

At the outset, learned APP informs this Court that recently on 06.09.2024, charge-sheet has been filed in the present case and in that light the applicant may consider as to whether he desires to pursue the present application before this Court.

In response, the learned counsel for the applicant submits that she would place a copy of the charge-sheet before this Court and press for relief in the present application itself.

In view of the above, liberty is granted to the applicant to place a copy of the charge-sheet in a separate volume in the present application, Shrikant Malani
