Mr Joshi, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant states that second bail application of co-accused Sangram Sadashiv Suryavanshi has been rejected by the Learned Single Judge by order dated 6th August, 2023 passed in Criminal Bail Applicaiton No.1821 of 2024. He states that the said order is challenged before the Supreme Court and the next date is 25th November, 2024.
