2) By this application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure the applicant is seeking temporary bail in Crime No.120 of 2024 registered with NRI Costal Police Station, Navi Mumbai, for the offence punishable under Sections, 307, 326, 324, 143, 144, 147, 148, 149, 354, 323, 504, 506, 201 and 452 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. 3) The applicant is the son of accused No. 1 - Sharad Kharkar, who has temporarily released on bail to attend the last rites of his mother. Accused Nos. 1 and 2 have been released on temporary bail for 14 days for performance of last rites of their mother. The applicant is the son of co-accused No. 1 - Sharad.

943-BA-3603-24.DOC 4) Considering the ground on which the bail is sought, I am of the opinion that the applicant is entitled for grant of bail. Hence, I pass the following order:- i. It is directed that the Applicant shall be released on temporary bail in Crime No.120 of 2024 registered with NRI Costal Police Station, Navi Mumbai, for the offences punishable under Sections, 307, 326, 324, 143, 144, 147, 148, 149, 354, 323, 504, 506, 201 and 452 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, on furnishing cash surety of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) for the period of two weeks.

ii. In the meantime, the applicant shall attend the concerned police station on 8th to 10th September, 2024 between 10.00 am and 11.00 am.

iii.

The applicant shall surrender before the Jail Authorities on 18th September, 2024.

iv The learned APP undertakes to communicate this order to the concerned Police Station to enable them to release the applicant from the custody of the Jail Authority. v The Jail Authority may take immediate steps to release the applicant.

The parties shall act upon the authenticated copy of this order.
