2) By this application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure the applicant is seeking bail in Crime No.308 of 2018 registered with Vishrambag Police Station, Sangli for the offence punishable under Sections 120-B, 302, 109, 143, 144, 147, 148, 149, 323 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, Sections 4/25 and 27 of the Arms Act, 1959 and Section 135 of the Maharashtra Police Act, 1951.

6-BA-3604-24.DOC 3) After the rejection of SLP filed by the applicant for grant of bail before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India wherein the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India did not grant of bail on the ground that this Court has already directed the trial Court to conclude the trial by December, 2024.

4) In view of the said order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, the applicant has come up with this application for grant of bail on medical grounds. However, upon calling the report from the Jailer about the health condition of the applicant, he has been examined by the Medical Officer and submitted a report wherein it is categorically stated that presently there is no complaint of any health problem by the applicant and now the applicant is well.

5) Considering the above-referred report dated 29th September, 2024, issued by the Medical Officer, I do not find any reason to release the applicant on medical grounds. Accordingly, the application is rejected and disposed of.
