IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY

CRIMINAL APPELLATE JURISDICTION BAIL APPLICATION NO.3617 OF 2024 IN WRIT PETITION NO.1241 OF 2024 Navnath Madhukar Gade ...

Applicant Vs.

State of Maharashtra ...

Respondent Mr. Kuldeep U. Nikam for Applicant.

Mr. P. P. Deokar, APP for Respondent-State.

CORAM : MANISH PITALE, J.

DATE : FEBRUARY 12, 2025 P.C. :

.

After having argued for some time and when this Court was not inclined to grant relief, Mr. Nikam, learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, sought permission to withdraw this application. He submitted that this Court may consider granting liberty to the applicant to renew his prayer for bail if no substantial progress is made in the trial. This is because charge-sheet has been already filed and charge is yet to be framed.

2.

In view of the above, the application is dismissed as withdrawn. 3.

Liberty is reserved for the applicant to renew his prayer for bail if there is no substantial progress in the trial within six months from today. (MANISH PITALE, J.) Minal Parab MINAL SANDIP PARAB MINAL SANDIP PARAB Date: 2025.02.13 10:25:56 +0530 1/1
