These matters are circulated today on the ground that the order passed in Bail Application No. 3620 of 2024 was

interchanged with Bail Application No. 3950 of 2024. 3.

Perusal of the order dated 12th June, 2025 passed in Bail Application No. 3620 of 2024 and Bail Application No. 3950 of 2024, indeed reflects a mistake as stated by Mr. Nikam, learned Advocate for the Applicants in both the matter. 4.

Mr. Nikam, learned Advocate for the Applicant states that the order dated 12th June, 2025 passed in Bail Application No. 3950 of 2024 is an order which is required to be reflected in Criminal Bail Application No. 3620 of 2024. He further states that the order dated 12th June, 2025 passed in Criminal Bail Application No. 3620 of 2024 is the order which is required to be reflected in Criminal Bail Application No. 3950 of 2024. Statement made by Mr. Nikam, learned Advocate for the Applicant is accepted. 5.
