After having heard the matter for some and this Court having expressed its opinion of not being inclined to grant bail, learned Advocate for the Applicant Mr. Aniket Nikam, on instructions, from the Applicant craves leave to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to apply after a period of six months from today. 3.

Ms. Veera Shinde, learned APP for the State submits that in the event, the matter is withdrawn, the prosecution would not object to grant of liberty as submitted by Mr. Nikam. Note:- This order is modified as per speaking to the minutes of order dated 23.06.2025.

Leave to withdraw the Bail Application with liberty to apply before the Trial Court after a period of six months from today, as prayed for is granted. In the event of such Application being filed, the said Application shall be considered on its merits and in accordance with law.
