Heard learned Advocates appearing for the parties. 2.

Respondent No. 2 has been served and she has asked for legal aid. In that view of the matter, I direct High Court Legal Services Committee to appoint Ms. Sakshi Mane, learned Advocate who is present in this Court (Contact No. 9967329539) to represent and espouse the cause of Respondent No. 2 through the Legal Aid. She has graciously accepted the request made by Court. High Court Legal Services Committee shall give appointment letter to her to that effect alongwith copy of papers.

Registry of this Court is directed to provide copy of the present Application to appointed Advocate within a period of one week from today.

Copy of the brief has been handed over to appointed Advocate by learned Advocate for Applicant also.

Investigating Officer is present in Court. She has informed the Court through the learned APP that Applicant is also involved in a similar crime in Telangana State and she is in the process of procuring the papers with respect to that crime. She has informed the Court that she will be able to get the papers within a weeks time. 6.

Copy of this order shall be sent to the counterpart in Telangana State for the purpose of forwarding papers with respect to indictment of Applicant namely Pravin Eknath Salunke in the crime in that State, if necessary.
