Heard Mr. Dave, learned Advocate for Applicant and Ms. Ganapathy, learned APP for Respondent No.1.

Mr. Dave has placed before me order dated 13.01.2025 passed by the learned Trial Court enlarging the co-accused on bail in the present crime. Prima facie, it is seen that said co-accused woman was apprehended alongwith the victim by the prosecution. Charge against Applicant is that he has followed the car in which the coaccused and victim were travelling on his motorcycle. According to prosecution case both co-accused persons live together. 4.

I have perused order dated 13.01.2025. Copy of the said order is directed to be handed over to the learned APP. 5.

Ms. Ganapathy, learned APP has appeared before this Court

66.BA.3624.2024.doc on the previous date when this matter was heard on 15.01.2025. On that date one of the submission made by learned APP was involvement and indictment of Applicant before me in a similar crime in the State of Telangana and the Investigating Officer present in Court sought for some time to produce details of the said case from the State of Telangana.

I direct the learned APP to take cognizance of this order dated 13.01.2025 passed in the case of co-accused whose role is prima facie much larger than the present Applicant and more specifically the prima facie findings recorded by the learned Trial Court in paragraph No.6 of the said order. Considering the role of Applicant, prosecutor shall apprise the Court about his involvement in the present crime when this Court proposes to hear and decide the Application on the next adjourned date.

Stand over to 01st April, 2025. To be placed on 'Supplementary Board'.
