After hearing the arguments for some time, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief to the Applicant, Mr. Mithilesh Mishra, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh Bail Application after one year, if there is no substantial progress in the trial within that period.

Since the Applicant is in custody since 18th March 2023, the Trial Court is requested to frame charges within 3 months and to conclude the trial within 1 year from the date on which this order is communicated to the Trial Court. 3.
