After having heard Ms. Savita Kakade, learned Advocate for the Applicant for substantial time and this Court having expressed of not being inclined to entertain this Bail Application, Ms. Savita Talwalkar

After some time, at the request of Ms. Savita Kakade, the Bail Application is taken up for hearing. Ms. Savita Kakade states that she has obtained instructions from the Applicant to withdraw the present Application seeking liberty to renew the request for bail upon the victim being examined in the matter. In view of he statement made by the learned Advocate Ms. Savita Kakade leave granted to withdraw the present Bail Application. 4.

The Applicant is at liberty to apply before the Sessions Court upon examination of the victim in the present matter. In the event such Application is filed, the same shall be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law. 5.
