Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is in jail for six years and the trial is not likely to be concluded in the near future as there are 28 witnesses. Learned APP, on instructions, submits that the prosecution is not going to examine all 28 witnesses. 2.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the trial Court shall endeavour to conclude the trial within a period of three months.
