In this application, the applicant has already served an additional set of papers on the investigating officer, for the purpose of serving the same on the respondent No.2, as offences under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 are also registered against the applicant. But, it appears that there is no appearance on behalf of respondent No.2. 3.

Hence, the High Court Legal Services Committee is directed to appoint an advocate from its panel to represent the said respondent No.2. The applicant shall serve a copy of the application on the office of the High Court Legal Services Committee within one week from today. 4.
