After having argued for sometime and when this Court was inclined to dismiss the application, the learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, sought permission to withdraw the application. 2.

Hence, the application is dismissed as withdrawn. 3.

However, this Court finds that since charge-sheet is already filed as far back as on 28th April, 2024 and the list of witnesses in the charge-sheet shows that the prosecution intends to examine 43 witnesses. Liberty is reserved for the applicant to renew his prayer for bail, if there is no substantial progress before the Trial Court within nine months from today. (MANISH PITALE, J.) Shrikant Malani
