Heard Ms. Jadhav, learned Advocate for Applicant and Ms. Ganapathy, learned APP for Respondent No.1 - State and Mr. Ansari, learned Advocate for Respondent No.2 through VC. 2.

After hearing the learned Advocates today, the learned Prosecutor has informed the Court that 164 statement has been recorded and is kept in a sealed cover with the learned Trial Court, but the learned Trial Court is presently not available. She would submit that appropriate directions be passed so that it would enable the prosecution / Investigating Officer to bring the said statement to the Court.

In that view of the matter, it is directed the learned Trial Court or any other holding charge of the learned Trial Court shall prepare a xerox copy of 164 statement of the victim which is recorded and place the same before this Court on the next adjourned date to enable this Court to go through the same.

Learned Trial Court or the Court holding in-charge of the learned Trial Court, if the said Court is not available shall act on a server copy of this order.

Stand over to 20th March, 2025 at 01:00 p.m. To be placed on the 'Supplementary Board'.
