This is an Application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking Regular Bail in connection with C.R.No.70 of 2020 registered with Kurar Police Station, Mumbai for the offences punishable under Sections 342, 354, 377, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 4, 6 and 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

At the outset, Mr. Bhattacharya would submit that victim has not been impleaded as a party. He seeks leave and liberty of the Court to add the victim as party Respondent No.2 in the present Application.

Issue notice to Respondent No.2.

Mr. Kulkarni, learned APP waives service on behalf of Respondent No.1 - State.

In addition thereto, one spare copy of the Application shall be given to the Investigating Officer who is directed by this Court to depute a lady officer and take Respondent No.2's consent for legal representation, if so desired. 8.
