Heard learned counsel for the Applicant, learned APP for the Respondent-State and learned counsel for Respondent No.2. 2.

Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that due to poor financial condition, the Applicant is unable to appoint an advocate before the learned Trial Court.

Considering this fact, the learned Trial Court is requested to appoint an Advocate for the applicant to conduct the trial from Legal Aid Panel as early as possible .
