Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

Mr. Ponda, the learned senior advocate for the applicant submits that the applicant is seeking bail on medical grounds and invokes the proviso to section 45(1) of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002.

None appears for respondent No. 2.

The learned senior advocate for the applicant undertakes to serve respondent No. 1 again.

In the meanwhile, having regard to the grounds raised in the application, it may be expedient to call the report from the Superintendent, Central Prison, Mumbai regarding the current health status of the applicant.

The Superintendent, Central Prison, Mumbai is directed to submit a report regarding the current health status of the applicant.
