Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

When the Court expressed its disinclination to entertain the prayer for bail, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the application. The learned counsel further submitted that as the applicant has been in custody since 24th August, 2022, the trial be expedited.

Having regard to the period of incarceration of the applicant, the prayer for expeditious conclusion of the trial seems to be justifiable.

The application stands disposed as withdrawn. 5.
The learned Session Judge seized with the Session Case arising out of C.R. No. 348 of 2022 registered with Shahpur police station is requested to commence and conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible.
