Applicant's bail application is rejected by the trial Court on 4 May 2023 on merits (Page-522). In the present application she is seeking the bail on the ground of parity. Some of the co-accused are granted bail. Those orders are as follows:- (a) Accused Gautam Pandey is released by this Court on 13 June 2023 (Page-526).

(b) Accused Azim Ahemad Siddique @ Rahul is granted bail by trial Court on 7 July 2023 (Page-530).

(d) Accused Harvinder Singh Manjeet Singh is granted bail by the trial Court on 19 September 2024. Its copy is produced and taken on record (Page-539).
