As informed Applicant is suffering from heart diseases, kidney failure as also vomiting blood as stated in the praecipe. He is lodged in Taloja Central Prison. There are some medical papers appended to the Application.

Considering the medical exigency expressed by learned Advocate, Chief Medical Officer of the prison Hospital of Taloja Central Prison where Applicant has been lodged is directed to check the Applicant as also the report and shall prepare a report and submit the same with respect to his medical condition so as to enable this Court to consider the present Bail Application for grant of bail on medical
