He submits that in order to expedite hearing of the matter, he shall take fresh steps to serve notice on Respondent No. 2.

Issue fresh notice to Respondent No. 2 through the Investigating Officer, Vimantal (Airport) Police Station, DistrictPune City making returnable date on 24th September 2025 with direction to the Investigating Officer, Vimantal (Airport) Police Station, District-Pune City to file Service Report on or before the next date of hearing.
