The learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to file a fresh bail application after six months. Leave granted. The Application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as sought. 2.

Considering the fact that the victim is 7 years old, the trial Court shall endeavour to conclude the trial or at least shall try to record the evidence of victim within a period of six months from today.
