The learned counsel appearing for the applicant mentions before this Court that the instant bail application was supposed to be listed today, but it has been removed from the board.

It appears that the said bail application was supposed to be listed before this Court on the basis that this Court had decided bail application of a co-accused person.

But, in the light of the clarification issued by the Supreme Court in a recent order dated 07th February, 2025, passed in Writ Petition (Cri.) No.55 of 2025 (Shekhar Prasad Mahto @ Shekhar Kushwaha Vs. The Registrar General, Jharkhand High Court & Anr.), it is clear that the instant bail application will have to be placed before a Bench assigned to take up such Shrikant Malani
