Registry has today placed a note for correction of the typographical error in the first line of paragraph No.2 of the order dated 13th August 2025 passed in Criminal Bail Application No. 3750 of 2024. Error is in respect of typing of Crime No.106 of 2021 instead of Crime No.110 of 2021.

In view of the note of the Registry, paragraph No.2 of the order dated 13th August, 2025 passed in Criminal Bail Application No.3750 of 2024 be corrected. Crime No.106 of 2021 in the first line of paragraph No.2 of the said order be replaced by Crime No. 110 of 2024.

Corrected copy of the order dated 13th August, 2025 be uploaded on the official website of this Court. 4.

Rest of the order remains unaltered.
