Mr. Niranjan Mundargi, learned Advocate appearing in Criminal Bail Application No. 3809 of 2024 has canvassed arguments on merits of the bail application of Applicant as well as raised arguments on non-furnishing of grounds of arrest to the Applicant.

Mr. Shishir Hiray, learned Special Public Prosecutor for the Respondent-
State seeks an adjournment to take instructions from the Investigation Officer and to address the grounds raised by Mr. Mundargi. On the ground of his personal difficulties, he requests for time till 2nd September, 2025. Mr. Hiray, learned Special Public Prosecutor requests to adjourn all the connected bail applications to 2nd September, 2025 so as to enable him to take instructions in those matters also.
