By present Application, the Applicant is seeking for Bail in connection with the offence registered vide FIR No.130/2022 dated 24th February, 2022 under the provisions of Sections 302,324, 201, 120-B, 141, 143, 144, 147, 148, 149, 34 of IPC and Section 4(25) of the Arms Act.

During the course of hearing, learned advocate for the Applicant submits that the charges are framed and 16 witnesses are already examined.

After hearing the parties at length, when I expressed my opinion that I am not inclined to grant Bail, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant prays for withdrawal of the Application.

Accordingly, the Applicant is allowed to withdraw the Application. Learned advocate for the Applicant informs me that vide the order passed in Criminal Appeal No.2403 of 2023, the appeal of the co-accused Ganesh Aavallu was also withdrawn, however, learned single Judge (Coram : N.J. Jamadar, J.) had vide order dated 8th April, 2024 expedited the trial. 5.

I feel that since the trial is already expedited by the Learned Single Judge of this Court, the Sessions Court to follow the order and hold the trial as expeditiously as possible particularly in view of the order dated 8th April, 2024 referred above. At this juncture, learned advocate for the Applicant prays for giving time bound directions. Learned Sessions Court is seized of the matter, it would not be proper to give particular time frame.
