By the present Application filed under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 ("BNSS" for short), the Applicant is before this Court seeking regular bail in connection with Crime No. 306 of 2024 dated 19th May 2024, registered with Yerwada Police Station, Pune City for the offences punishable under Sections 304, 279, 337, 338, 120(B), 201, 213, 214, 466, 467, 468, 471, 109 and 427 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, Sections 7, 7-A, 8, 12 and 13 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 and Sections 184, 185, 3(1), 180, 5(1), 171, 119-A and Gitalaxmi

Mr. Prashant Patil, learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that the abovesaid crime is registered as Special Case (ACB) No. 917 of 2024 and is pending on the file of learned Additional Sessions Court, Pune.

Mr. Prashant Patil, learned Advocate for the Applicant on instructions from the Applicant craves leave to withdraw the present Bail Application, as the Bail Application filed by the Applicant is pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court. 5.
