Heard Mr. Damre, learned Advocate for Applicant and Ms. Ganapathy, learned APP for Respondent - State. 2.

There is order passed by my predecessor on 23.10.2024, inter alia, directing Respondent - State to file Affidavit-in-Reply. Though the order gave time to file Affidavit-in-Reply before 20.11.2024, learned Prosecutor would persuade the Court to consider that due to exigency the Affidavit-in-Reply could not be filed. Ms. Ganapathy has taken instructions and would persuade the Court to extend the time for filing Affidavit-in-Reply to allow the prosecution to place the same on record. She would submit that Affidavit-in-Reply will be filed within a period of two weeks from today.
