Ms. Balasubramanian, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant states that, inadvertently, the Criminal Bail Application has been fled instead of Appeal under Section 14A(2) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

Accordingly, leave to convert the Bail Application into an Appeal is granted. Amendment be carried out within one week from today.
