This is an Application under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') seeking Bail in connection with First Information Report No.318 of 2023 registered with Kalyan Police Station for offences punishable under Sections 460 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (for short 'IPC').

After I have heard Mr. Khatib, learned Advocate for Applicant and expressed my mind to him that this Court is not inclined to grant Bail Application, Mr. Khatib has persuaded the Court not to pass orders on merits and to permit Applicant to withdraw the present Application.
