After arguing the application for some time, and when the Court appeared disinclined to grant relief, the learned advocate for the applicant sought permission to withdraw the application with liberty to apply after examination of material witnesses is over. 2.

It is informed that the next date fixed before the Trial Court is 17 July 2025.

The Trial Court shall, therefore, endeavour to complete the examination of material witnesses within three months from 17 July 2025.
