Heard Mr. Vikrant Phatate, learned Counsel for the Applicant, Ms. P.P. Bhosale, learned APP for the Respondent No.1 and Mr. Abhiman Patil for Respondent No. 2 2.

In this Bail Application Respondent No. 2 filed Affidavit-in-Reply dated 19th November 2024 of the victim which shows that Accused No. 2 - Biruder Sanjay Lawate, who has been granted bail by this Court, by order dated 23.04.2024 in Bail Application No. 920 of 2024, has violated the Bail Condition and the Accused are threatening the victim and the family members of the victim.

It appears that victim and family members of the victim have filed various representations / Applications with the Police Inspector, Sangola Vaibhav Page No.1

12-BA-3836-2024.doc Police Station, District Solapur including Application dated 7th November 2024. It appears that on 10th June 2024, an Application has been filed before Special Inspector General of Police, Solapur. Inspite of these Applications, no action has been taken till date. 4.

Accordingly, Superintendent of Police, Solapur is directed to remain present before this Court through Video Conference tomorrow i.e. 28.11.2024 FOB.
