It is pointed out that this Court was pleased to allow the application and while the bail application was allowed, the operative portion and paragraph 14 of the said order seem to indicate that anticipatory bail application was being considered. 3.

This is an obvious typographical error, which needs to be corrected. Accordingly, in paragraph 13(A), the words "In the event the applicant is arrested" shall be replaced with the words "The applicant shall be released on bail". Similarly, in paragraph 14, the word "anticipatory" found at two places, shall stand deleted.

It is further directed that in the appearance shown for the learned APP, the words "in ABA/1773/24" shall be deleted. 6.

The order shall be corrected accordingly and the corrected order shall be uploaded on the website.
