Heard Mr. Khatri, learned Advocate for Applicant and Mr. Dedhia, learned APP for State.

Mr. Khatri, leanred Advocate for Applicant would submit that apart from transgression of Section 52A of the NDPS Act, long incarceration of the Applicant for the past 2 years be considered by the Court for grant of bail. He would inform the Court that Applicant has no antecedents. He would submit that Applicant has not studied even upto SSC but it is surprising that he has endorsed on the appraisal form in english.

Learned APP shall take appropriate instructions on the aforesaid submissions made by learned Advocate for applicant and accordingly apprise the Court on the next adjourned date.
