The learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the present application. He however, submits that the offences are triable by Magistrate. The applicant is in jail for almost 16 months and therefore trial be expedited. 2.
The trial Court shall endeavour to conclude the trial within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Liberty to file fresh application for bail, if the trial is not concluded by that time.
