In this application, it is found that the applicant was arrested in March 2017 and since then, he has remained incarcerated. On 03.10.2024, this Court granted time of two weeks to the respondent-State to file reply affidavit.

Copy of the reply affidavit has been served on the learned counsel for the applicant, although it is not clear as to whether it has been filed or not. 3.

It is further stated that only 5 witnesses have been examined till date, while the prosecution intends to examine 75 witnesses. 4.

In view of the above, list this application for further consideration on 10.12.2024 at the end of the supplementary list. 5.

The learned APP to take specific instructions with regard to the present status of the trial.
