Ms Krupa Hasurkar, the learned Counsel for the applicant, submits that for want of instructions she is unable to advance arguments in the matter.

The learned APP, on instructions, submits that the trial is at the concluding stage, with the last witness, namely the Chemical Analyser, remaining to be examined. The learned APP further submits that the trial is likely to conclude within a month from today.
