This is an application for bail.

The learned APP, on instructions, submits that the trial has already commenced. In that view of the matter and considering the nature of offence, at this stage, I am not inclined to entertain the present application for bail. However, considering the fact that the applicant is in jail for more than four years, the trial Court shall endeavour to conclude the trial within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 3.

Liberty to file fresh application for bail after four months, if the trial is not concluded by that time.
