This is an Application under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') seeking Bail in connection with C.R. No.551 of 2019 registered with D. N. Nagar Police Station for offences punishable under Sections 363 and 367 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 (for short 'IPC') and Sections 4 and 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (for short 'POCSO'). 3.
