Insofar as paragraph No. 7 of the order dated 25.03.2025 is concerned, it is directed that Advocate for Applicant shall serve a spare copy of the Bail Application on the Investigating Officer (IO). The IO shall serve the same through a lady police officer on Respondent No. 2 or her guardian and obtain consent if they desire to seek legal representation and apprise the Court through learned APP on the next adjourned date.
