Heard Mr. Amit Icham, learned Advocate for the Applicant and Mr. Tanveer Khan, learned A.P.P. for the State/Respondent. 2.

Mr. Tanveer Khan, learned A.P.P. for the State/Respondent, states that on 26th June 2025, only one witness could be examined before the Trial Court and the other witness could not be examined, as he did not turn up. He submits that the matter is now posted on 1st July 2025 for further evidence, on which date the prosecution is likely to examine three witnesses. He submits that if those witnesses are examined, then the prosecution would close the evidence.
