Applicant has been incarcerated since 10.12.2021 in the offence punishable under the provisions of NDPS Act being found in possession of 85 grams of Mephedrone (MD). Learned Advocate for Applicant would persuade the Court to consider the long incarceration of the Applicant and the trial not being proceeded despite the chargesheet having been filed.
