Applicant is permitted to annex copy of charge-sheet to Application which is now made available to Applicant. The amendment is permitted to be carried out within a period of one week from today.

Considering the facts in the present case, as also bonafides of Applicant which are prima facie evident learned Prosecutor shall take appropriate instructions and accordingly apprise the Court on the next adjourned date.

Prosecution is directed to file Affidavit-in-Reply within a period of two weeks from today considering Applicant is indicted for
