This is an Application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking Bail in connection with C.R. No.249 of 2023 registered with Nerul Police Station for offences punishable under Sections 8(c) read with Sections 22(c) and 29 of the Narcotics and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (for short 'NDPS Act').

The Bail Application in this case, Applicant is a student of Architecture as informed by Mr. Khan.

He is incarcerated for 21 months for being in possession of
95.BA.3931.2024.doc contraband namely LSD. Alleged contraband is admittedly of commercial quantity.

Mr. Khan would submit that considering his education which he was undertaking this Court be pleased to consider the Application. 7.
Mr. Khan is directed by this Court to place on record all such relevant material relating to education of Applicant on the next adjourned date. The same shall be placed on Affidavit. Copy of Affidavit shall be given to learned prosecutor in advance. 8.
This Court shall consider the case of Applicant appropriately in accordance with law on the next adjourned date. 9.
