By this application, the applicant is praying for grant of temporary bail for the period between 02.10.2024 to 26.10.2024, as the applicant intends to participate in an arm-wrestling tournament being organized in Mumbai.

It is an admitted position that in the present case charge-sheet has been already filed and that the regular bail application of the applicant is pending before the Sessions Court.

The next date of hearing of the said bail application of the applicant before the Sessions Court is 30.09.2024. 4.

The aspect of urgency being projected on behalf of the applicant can be addressed by issuing an appropriate direction to the Sessions Court. 6.

In view of the above, this application is disposed of by directing the Sessions Court to decide the regular bail application of the applicant bearing NDPS Special Case No. 1685 of 2024, which is listed on 30.09.2024, on the very same day.
