This is a regular bail application moved before the Vacation Bench on the urgency that the father of the Applicant / Accused has developed a medical condition in respect of his legs, as also because the Applicant's father suffered minor brain stroke.

There is nothing on record to support the case of minor brain stroke, as stated in the affidavit. The photograph annexed to the affidavit showing a medical condition to the leg (of Applicant's father, stated to have gangrene) does not indicate that it has developed in the recent past so as to create a situation for taking the matter immediately during the vacation. 3.
Learned Counsel for the Applicant seeks liberty to file additional documents on affidavit to make out the case of the urgency for taking out akn 1/2
11.BA.3961.2024.doc regular bail during the vacation. Liberty is granted. Necessary affidavit be filed within a period of two days from today. Liberty to move before the vacation Court on or after 31/10/2024.
